The Village is centrally located on the corner of Greenhill Road and Conyngham Street, Glenside in the City of Burnside. Set in a 3.34-hectare landscaped site, the Village boasts lush gardens with a relaxed and friendly community. Pineview Village offers both distinctive and extraordinary residences for the discerning, set in beautiful surroundings.
Operated by Burnside Retirement Services Incorporated, the Village is a non-profit organisation, whereby the funds are reinvested into the village community.

My parents moved here in 1986 and were some of the first residents here. It has become our family home since then. At the age 61, I moved in and it is such a lovely place to be supported in. So, I now go off on holidays with people in the village and people outside. It is wonderful to shut the door, have everything cared for and the garden looked after.
I love living in a community. I also like not having to worry about calling a plumber or electrician. I like gardening so I love spending time in the garden and I like having someone to talk to whenever I feel like having a chat.
We have the community here, people are very caring of each other and there are many activities to take part in. It is just very pleasant, happy living and very convenient.
