Pineview Retirement Village comprises of 83 independent living units situated on the corner of Greenhill Road and Conyngham Street, Glenside. The beautifully landscaped village has been in operation since 1984, and was a joint venture between the Corporation of the City of Burnside and Delfin Management services.

The Village offers delightful community facilities, including the surrounding established gardens and common areas. The village Hall is regularly used for activities and can also accommodate private functions.

Pineview Retirement Village is operated by Burnside Retirement Services Inc, a not for profit organization registered under the Associations Incorporation Act, 1985.
